1. It has good affinity with paper fibers, and has little influence on wet end system in PMPCD.
2. It has good alkali tolerance, perborates tolerance and hydrogen peroxide solution tolerance.
1. Good fluorescent whitening performance in the paper pulp.
2. Good fluorescent whitening performance during surface sizing.
3. Good fluorescent whitening performance during coating.
1. It can be directly added into the paper pulp, but in the course of adding, should avoid adding together with the other cationic chemicals or directly contact, mix. During surface sizing and coating, it can be mixed in PVA, CMC, starch and anionic or weak-cationic synthetic sizing agents.
2. We suggest pH value should be controlled 5.5~10.5.
3. Usage, added in the pulp: the proportion based on weight of between APA and absolute dry paper pulp is 0.1~1.5%, added in surface sizing: less than 0.55g/m2 (single side); added in coating: 0.1~1.2% of absolute dry weight of fillers.
The product is packed in 50kg, 240kg, 1150kg plastic tanks, or specially packed as per clients requirements.
