[Characteristics] AFS-R-1100 is a fluid fluorosilicon elastomer whose molecular weight is only tens of thousands and appears as colorless or slight yellow transparent sticky liquid. AFS-R-1100 is easy to process and convenient to apply because of its low molecular weight. Meanwhile it still keeps good performance owned by AFS-R-1000 which has resistance to chemical medium, oil and wide range of application temperature. It can be turned solidity under room temperature, so it can be used as adhesive agent and sealing agent. According to molecular weight it is classified as follows:

[Application] applied in fields which need fluorosilicon elastomer but don't have good condition for processing, such as aerospace, petrochemical, mechanical process and transportation industries.
1.Integral sealing for oil tank of aircraft.
2.Adhering and fixing and mending for fluorosilicon elastomer-made rings and spacers. Adhering silicon elastomer and fluoro elastomer.
3.Adhering at special locations such as limited space, irregular trough, seam, ditch and mini motor, supporting board of fuel operation system. Adhering for some places need solvent cleaning.
[Package] PE drum. Each drum is 1kg, 2kg or 5kg.
[Storage] Put in cool and dry place. Validity is 1 year
